Peppers – Peppers give a delicious crunch to salads. There are many different types of peppers to add to salads to give a distinctive flavor. Here is a quick recipe with peppers that will delight your taste buds.

Shrimp salad

1 bag of Romaine lettuce (chopped)

1 package of cherry tomatoes (sliced)

2 green peppers (diced)

1 pound of shrimp (boiled or steamed)

- Toss ingredients in salad bowl

- Add a little Parmesan cheese and fat free Italian dressing

- Enjoy!
