Summer Holiday Recipe Series – Macaroni and Tuna Salad

Some call it Tuna salad or Macaroni salad, but whatever you call it, everyone will be coming back for more of this summertime staple salad!
Ingredients
8 ounces Elbow macaroni
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Diced green pepper
1/4 cup Coarsely chopped green onion
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
14 ounces Solid-pack tuna (2 cans) — drained/broken into
1 Hard-cooked egg — chopped
Directions
Cook macaroni as label directs. Drain; rinse with cold water.
In large bowl combine mayonnaise, green pepper, green onion, salt, pepper, tuna, and macaroni; toss to mix well.
Refrigerate, covered, until well chilled – about 4 hours.
Just before serving garnish with a hard-cooked egg.

i loved a tuna salad i had at the Italian American club..sounds like this is it.. I tried to make .it before 4 times. but now i realize..2 cans of tuna and half box of macaroni.. i will try if for Father s day.
