<p>Makes 6 servings</p>
<p>• 1 1/2 pounds new potatoes, quartered (about 4 1/2 cups)</p>
<p>• 1/2 cup Nonfat Salad Dressing (Such as Miracle Whip)</p>
<p>• 1/4 cup finely sliced green onions</p>
<p>• 4 teaspoons Dijon style mustard</p>
<p>• 2 teaspoons honey</p>
<p>• Dash ground black pepper</p>
<p>1. Cook potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain and rinse with cold water until potatoes are cool.</p>
<p>2. Mix dressing, onions, mustard, honey, and pepper in large bowl.</p>
<p>3. Add potatoes; mix lightly. Refrigerate.</p>

<p>Get ready for your holiday bbq&#8217;s with a ton of seasonal salads for your guests.  Here is the first installment of the summer holiday salads&#8230;the potato salad!  Potato salad is made in many different ways but Mr Charles, who is &#8220;The King&#8221; of the potato salad shared his recipe. Here is a tasty version of the Potato Salad!</p>
<p>Mr Charles&#8217; Potato Salad<br />
<strong><br />
Ingredients</strong></p>
<p>10 pounds Potatoes</p>
<p>1 cup Celery &#8212; finely chopped</p>
<p>8 Eggs &#8212; hard-boiled</p>
<p>1 1/2 pints Hellman&#8217;s Mayonnaise</p>
<p>1 cup Sweet relish</p>
<p>1/2 cup Yellow mustard</p>
<p>2 cups Onions &#8212; finely chopped</p>
<p>Lawry’s seasoned salt to taste</p>
<p>Black pepper to taste</p>
<p>Sugar to taste</p>
<p><strong>Instructions</strong></p>
<p>Boil potatoes whole. </p>
<p>Let cool, then peel and chop into large chunks. </p>
<p>Mix mayonnaise, yellow mustard, salt, pepper, and sugar together. </p>
<p>Add potatoes, along with the rest of the ingredients, and mix well. </p>
